Why did you choose a career in education?

I wanted to provide students with opportunities that I didn't have when I was in their position.

 

What hobbies or other interests have your brought to your classroom? 

Computer Science related curricula and events including hack-a-thons

How do you plan on bringing Making to your students this year?

My school has had students participate in several hack-a-thons that have challenged them to work together to find a creative solution to solve problems. Students are working on mobile apps in preparation for the AP CSP exam.
